We are a non-profit organization based in Brownsville, Texas that conducts research on public policy, with a special focus on border communities and Mexican-American relations. We believe in the power of evidence-based research to inform our public solutions to pressing issues and to transform our communities into healthy, inclusive, equitable, and sustainable environments.
